Here we are, for today I will share a simple and efficient detox process. It will clean your body via your feet. Even it comes handy with the upcoming warm weather, when your hills will be visible soon.
Detox foot is just a little extra treat that you can do for your body to cleanse it. Adding the right ingredients makes it a gentle foot bath to detox. Baking soda is alkaline. It helps to balance the ph-level in the body. It makes your skin soft and silk.
Probably you have all the ingredients already at home.
1 cup of Epson Salt
1 cup of Sea Salt
2 cups of Baking Soda
10 drops of Essential Oil
Take a big jar, put all the dry ingredients together, add the essential oil and shake it. It is a good workout for your upper body. Eventually stir with a spoon. From this mixture for each Detox Footbath occasion put half a cup into a hot water. So hot that your feet almost cannot stand it.
So now, your half hour Detox ME TIME is coming. Fill a big plastic dish pan with hot hot hot water and add half a cup of Detox Footbath mixture to the water and enjoy.
